Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2237-A Scientific Education Activities Support, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vildan DONMUŞ KAYA, a faculty member at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, has implemented the project titled “Evaluation and Adaptation Training for Measurement Tools in the Basic Field of Educational Sciences and Teacher Training”.
A productive training on measurement tool development and adaptation was carried out with educators and participants from different regions of Turkey in the face-to-face training held at Fırat University Faculty of Education on November 4-8, 2024.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vildan DONMUŞ KAYA and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet EROĞLU from Fırat University Curriculum and Instruction Department participated in the project as instructors, while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ufuk ERDOĞAN from the Department of Educational Administration and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melih DİKMEN from the Department of Measurement and Evaluation in Education also took part. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat ŞEN from Harran University, Assoc. Dr. İbrahim YILDIRIM and Dr. Lecturer Çilem DOĞAN GÜL from Hakkari University participated as external instructors.
The participants of the project were 20 students studying at the postgraduate level at Amasya University, Çukurova University, Fatih Sultan Mehmet University, Fırat University, Gazi University, Hacettepe University, and Istanbul University.
